The score I ordered arrived very promptly - a day before the expected date. It was well packaged, so it arrived flat. It was exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price.

Great value and arrives as expected

I paid for 24 hour delivery as I needed the items quickly and I still haven’t received them (ordered Friday it is now Tuesday). No communication from musicroom, apart from a tracking reference that didn’t give me any information about my delivery, until I emailed querying why I hadn’t received my music. A Courtesy email would have been nice as I could have cancelled the order and got the music in time. It’ll be too late now whatever I do and my student will miss out.

I ordered some sheet music, and was a bit concerned as I'd not heard of the company before, but it was ready for download within 5 minutes. And the extra bonus of hearing how the music should sound, whilst be able to slow it down, was great for a beginner like me.
